Taking Your Career to The Next Level
As an Inventory Clerk, you will be assessing and reporting on the condition and cleanliness of each property before and after tenants move in.
During the inspection you will be required to compile detailed reports and take photographs on items, providing descriptions of the condition of properties.
At Inventory Check-ins you will hand over the keys to the tenants, at Inventory Check-outs you will be comparing the property’s condition against the tenants original inventory and list any changes, then return keys to the instruction initiator.
