Trust inventory was started in November 2013 by Florica Cornelia Tiplea, acting as Sole Trader until December 2018 when the business was registered as a trading company, Trust Inventory Ltd.

Every customer will have an Inventory Base access account with its own password and login details.
All inventory reports will be delivered within 3 hours of starting the job.
An invoice with our bank details and payment instruction is automatically created once the job is marked Complete. An operator will manually send the invoice to the client on the same day or the next day.
Invoices are due after 15 days of receipt unless a different payment arrangement is agreed with the customer.
We request our clients to give us at least 2 days notice to make sure everything goes smoothly and everyone can enjoy their start of the tenancy.
There are no cancellation fees if the appointment is cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled date/time, otherwise, if the appointment is cancelled on the same day, there will be a cancellation charge of £25 + VAT
We don’t collect any personal data, on our website we offer a booking facility that will collect personal data filled in by the website visitor.
Once we receive the booking email sent by Calendly we will manually introduce al the information info our inventory management software and delete the email with the personal details.
