Want to read about what we do, we recommand you read this article: Property inventory services for the rent-to-rent market

Really efficient and effective service. We went for the check-in and check-out deal and TI did both as soon as we asked and very thoroughly with photos of everything possible! We were able to easily compare before and after and the comments in the check out document helped to objectively highlight to both tenant and landlord what was reasonable wear & tear and what wasn’t. Highly recommend. Tania Dorrity, Bristol.
