Inventory

Every new tenancy should start with a new up-to-date inventory schedule of condition. Our inventory clerk will compile a professional inventory report consisting of text and date stamped photographs. Meter readings and smoke alarms will be tested.
Inventory With Check-in

Our Inventory Company will take all required steps to assure the tenant will be shown the location of meters, smoke alarms and keys will be handed over. A brief look through the condition will be taken and the tenant(s) will sign the inventory. Once signed, everyone receives a copy automatically.
Inventory Check-Out

The condition of the property will be assessed against the original inventory report, taking into consideration the length of the tenancy and type of occupancy. We can work with other inventory service provider’s initial report, our inventory clerk will make notes on any changes that have occurred during the tenancy, highlighting responsibilities, urgent maintenance works and meter readings.
Mid-Term Inspections

One of our inventory clerks will visit the property at a time agreed with the tenant, these are routine inspection that takes place just to make sure everything is following the tenancy agreement, we will check for any major changes, damages, evidence of smoking, sub-letting or any criminal activity.
Student Accommodation

We have huge experience conducting student property inventory inspections, working with landlords with one property to big organisations with thousands of rooms, we learned to work in close connection with landlords to accommodate a large number of inventory clerks for a short period frame, so that everything can be done in between tenancies.
Commercial Properties

We have been inspecting various commercial properties, most commonly retail shops, restaurants, warehouse and industrial production facilities. As with any rented property, it is important to have an impartial, independent inventory report issued at the beginning of the tenancy.
