Terms of Business
Who we are
Trust inventory was started in November 2013 by Florica Cornelia Tiplea, acting as Sole Trader until December 2018 when the business was registered as a trading company, Trust Inventory Ltd.

Every customer will have an Inventory Base FREE access account with its own password and login details.
All inventory reports will be delivered within 3 hours of starting the job.
An invoice with our bank details and payment instruction is automatically created once the job is marked complete. An operator will manually send the invoice to the client on the same day or the next day.
All reports will be stored in our cloud system for 3 years, if there is no activity on a property after 3 years, the reports will be archived and a restoring fee of £10+VAT will be charged, please save a copy of the final report onto your device.
Invoices for existing customer are due after 15 days of receipt, unless a different payment arrangement is agreed with the customer.
Invoices for new customers are due for payment before the scheduled date of the inspection, unless a different payment arrangement is agreed with the customer.
Booking requirements
We request our clients to give us at least 2 days notice to make sure everything goes smoothly and everyone can enjoy their start of the tenancy.
Additional Fees
An additional fee of £60 applies for Sunday jobs, Bank holiday jobs, out of hours jobs (after 4pm bookings) & for key collection (distance over 1.5 miles from the property).
Cancellation Policy
There are no cancellation fees if the appointment is cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled date/time, otherwise, if the appointment is cancelled on the same day as the scheduled day, there will be a cancellation charge of £25 + VAT.

We don’t collect any personal data, on our website we offer a booking facility that will collect personal data filled in by the website visitor.
