Inventory With Check-in
The inventory will be carried out 2 hours before the scheduled Check-in time, we will meet the new tenant(s) at the property, walk them around, hand over the keys and record signature(s) on-site so there is nothing else left for you to do.

Check-Out Inventory
Our inventory clerk will carry out a direct comparison made between the condition of the property and the original inventory provided. Tenants will vacate the property, our findings will not differ whether the tenant is present or not.
